Imagine a beautiful luxury villa with five large bedrooms, located on a hill that offers breathtaking views of the crystal clear sea. The villa is surrounded by veranda,  and well-kept garden tropical plants and  palm trees. The large windows allow the natural light to illuminate every corner of the elegant and modern interior.

The living area is spacious, with refined furnishings and a fully equipped open kitchen and bar corner. Each bedroom has a private designer bathroom, panoramic balconies and fine finishes.

Outside, a magnificent infinity pool seems to blend in with the marine horizon. A large terrace with lounge area and an elegant outdoor lounge chairs,  complete this dream setting, perfect for enjoying unforgettable sunsets in a complete privacy.

The Villa guarantees maximum privacy and is perfect to accommodate up to 10 people, offering large indoor and outdoor spaces, elegant and reserved environments, ideal for families or groups of friends. In addition, the structure provides daily, two qualified housekeeping, ensuring high standards of hygiene and comfort throughout the stay.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rental customers must read the rental terms & conditions prominently displayed on the villa website. These terms will be presented and signed on check-in at the villa with the villa management.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Unless agreed, check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Early arrival or late departure will depend upon availability of the villa. The late check out fee if villa not already booked is $300 USD until 6pm. After 6:00pm, the full daily rate is applicable.

REGISTERED GUESTS
Only the number of people foreseen in the rental contract will be able to reside in the structure as guests. Registered guests cannot exceed the number of guests expected at the time of booking by the tenant. If the Landlord or Landlord's Representative determines that the number of people staying at the property exceeds the number of registered guests, the Landlord or Landlord's Representative may, in its sole discretion, require the additional person or persons to pay the applicable surcharge amount according to the published rate or to vacate the property immediately. The cost for non-registered guests is $300 USD per person per night and have to be immediately communicated to Landlord.

MORE ABOUT US EVENTS/PARTY & WEDDINGS

In case an event, wedding or party is to be organized within the property for a number of guests in excess of the registered guests in the villa, a surcharge of $1,500 USD Event Fee will be applicable and the guest must inform and agree with the Landlord of the party. In addition, a guarantee security deposit of $6,000 USD will be collected on site from which a cleaning surcharge of up to $200 USD will be deducted before refund to the Tenant. All events and weddings must be organized by a professional planner as our villa staff are not able to assist with planning. A plan for the event must be submitted to the villa managers for approval at least 1 month prior to the date of the wedding or event.

PETS
No pets are permitted in the villa or on the villa property.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
There is a $1,500 USD security deposit payable at the time payment is provided. If all bank details have been received prior to the arrival date, it will be returned to the lessee no later than 14 days after check out, less the cost of any damage or breakages during the rental period of the rented villa, if applicable. If there are any damages where costs exceed the amount of the deposit, the Lessee will remain liable to the Lessor to pay the outstanding amount promptly.

STAFF AT THE VILLA
N° 2 Staff service is included in the villa. Additional services such as babysitting and/or chauffeur services can be provided in advance or on site upon request. Although these services cannot be guaranteed and depend on availability, the villa managers will do their best to find suitable solutions. Under no circumstances will the villa staff be responsible for looking after minors during their stay. Tenant shall allow staff, pool maintenance and gardeners reasonable access to the Villa on the grounds for the purports to the best of their professional abilities

FURNITURE
All interior furnishings and furniture must remain inside the villa, and only exterior furnishings and designated outdoor furniture may be used for external purposes.

TRANSFERS
Pick up and return from and to airport can be arranged at cost. This have to be previously requested 3-4 days prior. Taxis and airport transfers can be arranged through the villa managers.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted within the villa. Smoking is permissible outside in the grounds and the villa staff will provide ash tray.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be arranged depending on availability. A late check-out fee of $300 USD applies until 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM, the full daily rate will be charged.

  • Can I host events, weddings, or parties at BSVilla?

    Yes, BSVilla welcomes events and weddings; however, they must be approved in advance. A $1,500 USD event fee and a $6,000 USD security deposit are required. Additionally, a professional planner must organize the event, and a detailed plan must be submitted at least one month prior for approval.

  • Do you offer airport transfers or additional services?

    Yes. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged at an additional cost. Please request this at least 3–4 days prior to arrival. We can also assist in organizing chauffeurs, babysitting, and other personalized services, subject to availability.

  • Are pets allowed at BSVilla?

    To maintain the villa’s luxurious environment and high standards of cleanliness, pets are not permitted on the property.

  • Is a security deposit required?

    Yes. A $1,500 USD refundable security deposit is required upon booking. Provided there is no damage during your stay, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days after check-out. If damages exceed the deposit amount, guests are responsible for covering the remaining balance.

  • What services are included, and can I request additional staff?

    BSVilla includes two full-time staff members to ensure your stay is effortless. We can also arrange chauffeurs, babysitters, private chefs, and other personalized services upon request, subject to availability. Please note that villa staff are not responsible for supervising minors.
